Finally! Three months after ME3 was released I finally finished this. This may not look like much but I had more than a hundred layers…it was a mess a lot of the time. I'm pretty happy with the final result although it's totally different from when I started. I must have changed the typefaces 20 times before I was satisfied. :facepalm:
haha I don’t even know if it looks good now. I've looked at it too long.
I might go back and edit it later….NO! I'm done dammit!

Anyway here's my cheesy romance desktop wallpaper <3.
I took all these screenshots when playing ME3. The world behind Shepard and Garrus is half Palavan and half Earth...although sadly you cant really tell.... :saddummy:
Also I wanted images of the new default FemShep so other people could enjoy this wallpaper more, but that just wasn't possible since I couldn’t find the images. I totally understand that people wouldn’t want to see my own Shepard…
So yeah if anyone actually wants their own Shepard in this (and has the images of their character already)
I would be happy to upload another version.

This quote is from Garrus and Shepard's date on the Citadel.
"I was lost without you" is the song that plays during that scene..and was my inspiration for 3 months. :dummy:

this is gorgeous....... i'm on my way through replaying the entire series.... and this just makes me remember why i love it so damned much....

the colors are amazing, and everything is so well blended....
are you still up on the offer for making one with our shepards? cause i'd LOVE a version with mine. :)

Thank you so much! That means a lot to me that you like it because I spent a loooong time making this pouring all my love for Mass Effect into it lol :love:. And YES! I would have no problem making a version with your Shepard. The only issue is that I need screenshots of your specific Shepard in the poses in the picture (preferably high quality). Sadly I don’t have the means to use 3D models to get them in those poses :shakefist:. I use a program called "FRAPS"... there is a free version you can download that’s allows you take screenshots while you play the game on the PC.

Sadly this is more work on your part if you don’t already have the images. I understand if it's too much for you and you rather not do it. But I like to keep the option open to people regardless because I know that people enjoy having their own Shepard in artwork… rather than my blondie Shep lol. Wish I could make this easier and do it myself I just don't have a clue how :facepalm: .

If you are still interested and can do all that then let me know.
Then I will send you reference links to the 4 screenshots I used and that I would need of your Shepard :dance:.

Thank you! Actually I didn't draw anything in this. It's just screenshots from the game edited in photoshop to go with my design idea. But it did take a lot of time and effort. So I'm SO glad you like it! :boogie:

The only way a wallpaper like this can be good to me is if the Shepard looks like my Shepard. With the plethora of different faces we could give her, the one you made for this is almost spot on with the one I made all the way back in game 1 and used through all my play-throughs. And of course, I romanced Garrus all the way. Therefore, this wallpaper is freakin' lovely. Must use now.
